TVXQ on the top chart again

With a sales figure of 103,940, Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun's new single album "COLORS ~Melody and Harmony / Shelter" crushed the competition on it's debut on the Oricon Daily Charts. VAMPS was a distant second place with nearly 90,000 less sales, selling 13,962 units. Kawamura Ryuuichi came in at third with a sales figure of 6,521 units.

This number is extremely impressive because the single was released earlier in the month in Digital form and downloads exceeded 250,000. Also, according to some reports, if you include the DVD sales of "COLORS ~Melody and Harmony / Shelter," the sales figure surpasses 180,000.

Wow, even without the full 5 members of TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki, they can have such high sales figures. It shows you their immense popularity in Japan right now. More than that their "4th Live Tour 2009 - Secret Code - Final in Tokyo Dome" also reached #1 on the Oricon DVD sales chart

A Happy Chuseok: Yunho and Ara

'Heading To The Ground' leads Jung Yunho of DBSK/TVXQ and Go Ara fancied themselves up into traditional Korean apparel and wished everyone a happy Chuseok, a major three-day harvest festival and holiday celebrated in the autumn every eighth months of the lunar calendar by Koreans in Korea and the world.

Chuseok is a very well-respected time of the year in Korea so Yunho and Ara paid their respects to their fans with formal bows in their pictures. Yunho wished, "that everyone could happily celebrate Chuseok with their families." He also added, "Through the drama I'm portraying a new image so please love 'Heading To The Ground' as much the actors and staff are working on the drama."

Ara also said, "Make a wish as you watch the full moon, eat lots of delicious food and enjoy your holiday. I will be busy this Chuseok because of the drama filming but I am working hard for the viewers so please love 'Heading To The Ground'."

Yoona of Girls' Generation and the members of TVXQ are being issues, for they are selected to be witnesses of the parliamentary inspection of the administration which will proceed most probably on the 5th of October.

Seung-deok Kho and Mun-hwan Jo, members of the Grant National Party, have requested Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun of TVXQ, Yoona of SNSD and Lee Sooman, to be witnesses regarding the unjust contracts against entertainers at the Administration of Inspection of the Fair Trade Commision.

Parties concerned are claiming that even if they are selected as witnesses, the chances of attending the parliament is very small.

HTTG rating are dropping

Heading to the Ground rate which is staring Jung Yunho, the member of Asia star DBSQ/TVXQ/THSK are dropping to about 5% again. Whatever, this issue doesn't matter to mee much, I just continue to enjoy watching it as normal. Honestly, I think Yunho acting skill isn't standard yet comparing to other because he is just newbie. But to watch he act like this, it makes me feel still happy but a bit strange as I know about his real characteristics. Maybe because we know about him so much about his life, that's why we think he acting skill is bit strange and some part isn't natural - especially when he had to act someone fun (but still enjoy for me hehehe).

TVXQ got number 2nd in ....

TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki has been very successful in Japan, with numerous number #1 hits on the Oricon Charts and holding concerts at the famed Tokyo Dome. With all these acheivements, The Rising Gods of the East have really risen fast in the land of the rising sun. Well, they can add another title to their long list of feats in Japan.

On September 13th, Japanese CDTV had a poll asking, "What Artists do you want to see most live?" And the boys of TVXQ came in at number 2. They surpassed famous acts such as Kat-tun, Exile, and Ayumi Hamasaki. Only the mega popular Arashi were ahead of them.

TVXQ 3 member lawsuit with SME's going to an end!!!

All documents relevant to the dispute between TVXQ members YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu and SM Entertainment's exclusive contract dispute were to be handed in by today (September 11th). The Courts will begin to read through all these documents to come to a decision and many are wondering if the two sides will be able to finish on good terms.

The three members filed this case against SM Entertainment and the first hearing happened on August 21st with the Courts ruling that all relevant documents must be handed in by September 11th.

At the time, the Courts stated, "We will end this hearing here and after reading all documents that are to be handed in by September 11th, we will come to a decision."

Now the two sides have stepped into a stage where all the documents are submitted and all they can do is wait. In the case of a Exclusive Contract Suspension Request, the verdict date is not set in advance so it is highly likely that neither side will appearing in court again.

An SME representative stated, "All we can do is wait for the verdict after submitting all our documents in by the 11th. We do not know when the results will be coming out."

In reference to the Preservation of Evidence Request that the three members filed and was approved by the courts, he said, "As the documents that go under the preservation of evidence are different from the ones we had to submit to the Courts for the Exclusive Contract Suspension Request, we are still waiting as we have received an answer from the Courts as to the scope of documents needed as well as when they need to be handed in by."
