Group TVXQ and Tiara each held the album and a sound source chart top in the first week in March of a billboard in Korea. (Counted from February 28th ~ March 6th.)

The sound source chart is the digital synthesis chart which adds up the number of the online sound source downloads and other digital source orders. Tiara came first with their song "너 때문에 미쳐" in this category.

TVXQ's Exceptional Long Run Status On Japanese Charts

TVXQ’s ‘Best Selection 2010′ has ranked 2nd on the Japanese Oricon Weekly Charts this week with 456,935 copies sold. They also ranked third on Billboard Japan and proved once more just how popular they are in Japan.

Also, ‘BREAK OUT!’ ranked in 56th place on Billboard Japan’s ‘Hot Singles Sales’ and ‘The Secret Code’ is at 30th place in the ‘2009 Best Albums’ section.

TVXQ’s album sales are phenomenal right now and the group is proving to be an exceptional case for Hallyu idol singers as the five members are experiencing top popularity overseas and have established their place in the foreign music industry. TVXQ On The Brink Of Selling A Million Albums In Japan For 2010

The possibility of TVXQ selling one million Japanese albums in just three months is getting bigger and bigger.

According to the Oricon Chart, Japanese most prestigious and accurate albums sales data site, TVXQ's Japanese best album 'Best Selection 2010' sold a total of 459,796 copies in February. TVXQ ranked first on the daily, weekly and monthly Oricon charts with this album.

SM Entertainment officially investigated for unfair contract terms!

Korea’s Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) has announced that they are currently investigating all celebrities bound to SM Entertainment regarding unfair contract terms, suggesting that “a second TVXQ scandal” like event may occur.

According to One Nation’s Jo Moon Hwan, it was revealed that KFTC is investigating cases of unfair contract terms in SME idols such as TVXQ (including Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong who are currently in legal disputes with their management company), SNSD, Super Junior, etc. for a total of 53 SME celebrities.

Jo Moon Hwan stated that the question and answer document received from KFTC specified investigations for all SME affiliated individuals for reasons related to a delay in taking care of TVXQ’s legal case. KFTC expressed,

DBSK's song in American Movie

In DBSK's song called Rising Sun from their 2nd Korean Ablum was played in American moive - Fast and Furious 4 released last year. The song was played about 40 seconds during the O'Connel chasing criminal guy along L.A' street. This song is energetic type which matches well with scene.

Someone posted on Jaeho_detox about this. So to make sure myself, I downloaded the movie and watch it even though I don't like watching this movie. I first recognized song at Yoochun's rape part.

Isn't it so obvious that DBSK's so popular.

Yunho's Donation to Hatti

On the 20th of January 2010, on an MBC news, a name ‘Jung YunHo/정윤호’ appeared among the donation list, which also stated the amount they have donated towards the fund raising for Haiti's earth quark. He's donated fives millions won (almost 5000 USD).

This also reminds us about his and other DBSK's member generous acts. Yunho did volunteered job in the orphan and Junsu's fanclub helped Cambodian's poor family to build their new house.

DBSK Awarded as "Cultural Ambassador"

Both five-member groups Dong Bang Shin Ki and Big Bang received the exceptional recognition of being “Cultural Ambassadors.”

The private organization from the Cultural Tourism Board, the Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (KOFICE) stated, “Due to the contributions they have made in the development of the cultural aspect through popular music, we have decided to appoint/award them as ‘Cultural Ambassadors’ as a form of recognition.”

On the 9th 16:30, in Seoul, Hero Jaejoong had made his first appearance after the dispute with SM Entertainment during the movie premiere “Heaven’s Postman” organised by WANSIM CGV. When asked regarding his acting skills, he stated that he had received a lot of help from his Dong Bang Shin Ki members.
