Tohoshinki's DVD Sells 100K In The First Week - #1 For The Most #1's Achieved!
Tohoshinki's DVD "Tohoshinki video clip collection - THE ONE" achieved the number one spot on the overall DVD ranking with 109,000 copies sold.
Up until now, the only three foreign artists to achieve first on the rankings for their music DVD's were The Beatles' "The Beatles Anthology (First Press Edition)" (achieved first 2003/4/14) and Led Zeppelin's "Led Zeppelin DVD" (achieved first 2003/6/23), and now Tohoshinki's "4th Live Tour 2009 ~The Secret Code~ FINAL in Tokyo Dome" (achieved first 2009/10/12). This time is Tohoshinki's second round in getting first on the overall ranking and has been named first on the "Foreign Artist #1's On The Charts".

Group TVXQ and Tiara each held the album and a sound source chart top in the first week in March of a billboard in Korea. (Counted from February 28th ~ March 6th.)
The sound source chart is the digital synthesis chart which adds up the number of the online sound source downloads and other digital source orders. Tiara came first with their song "너 때문에 미쳐" in this category.

TVXQ's Exceptional Long Run Status On Japanese Charts
Popular group TVXQ has rewritten history for Hallyu singers.
TVXQ’s ‘Best Selection 2010′ has ranked 2nd on the Japanese Oricon Weekly Charts this week with 456,935 copies sold. They also ranked third on Billboard Japan and proved once more just how popular they are in Japan.
Also, ‘BREAK OUT!’ ranked in 56th place on Billboard Japan’s ‘Hot Singles Sales’ and ‘The Secret Code’ is at 30th place in the ‘2009 Best Albums’ section.
TVXQ’s album sales are phenomenal right now and the group is proving to be an exceptional case for Hallyu idol singers as the five members are experiencing top popularity overseas and have established their place in the foreign music industry. This was possible because they are a group of strong talent with their outstanding vocals, brilliant performances and handsome visuals.

TVXQ On The Brink Of Selling A Million Albums In Japan For 2010
The possibility of TVXQ selling one million Japanese albums in just three months is getting bigger and bigger.
According to the Oricon Chart, Japanese most prestigious and accurate albums sales data site, TVXQ's Japanese best album 'Best Selection 2010' sold a total of 459,796 copies in February. TVXQ ranked first on the daily, weekly and monthly Oricon charts with this album.

Trade Committee Investigating All Celebrities In SM
The Fair Trade Committee (FTC) has launched an investigation regarding all the celebrities associated with SM Entertainment (SM) regarding the accordance of their contracts to the FTC's regulations and many fear that a 'Second TVXQ dispute' will arise.
According to the office of Jo Mun Hwan (member of the Grand National Party). the FTC has instigated an investigation of the contracts of 53 artistes of SM including Girls Generation, Super Junior and TVXQ, whose three members (Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun, YoungWoong Jaejoong) are locked in a legal dispute with the agency.

The sixteen-month-long conflict between SM Entertainment, one of Korea’s biggest entertainment agencies, and Mnet Media, K-pop’s leading company, has finally revealed itself to the public.
SM Entertainment officially investigated for unfair contract terms!
Korea’s Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) has announced that they are currently investigating all celebrities bound to SM Entertainment regarding unfair contract terms, suggesting that “a second TVXQ scandal” like event may occur.
According to One Nation’s Jo Moon Hwan, it was revealed that KFTC is investigating cases of unfair contract terms in SME idols such as TVXQ (including Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong who are currently in legal disputes with their management company), SNSD, Super Junior, etc. for a total of 53 SME celebrities.
Jo Moon Hwan stated that the question and answer document received from KFTC specified investigations for all SME affiliated individuals for reasons related to a delay in taking care of TVXQ’s legal case. KFTC expressed,
